In 2020, JPay expanded its services to include video visitation and music downloads for inmates.

In 2022, JPay's app started allowing inmates to send and receive digital payments from their commissary accounts.

How to use it?

You must first create a free account with JPay.com to transfer money to someone who is imprisoned. Once you've signed up, click the"Send Money"link, choose the prisoner to whom you want to send money, choose the card you want to be used for charging, and review your details.
