How to use it?

To use Facebook Messenger to communicate with your friends, you'll need to download the app. Once downloaded, open up the app and tap on the button that says Get Started. This will prompt you to enter your phone number. After entering your phone number, you'll be prompted to choose a username and enter your first name.

You have the option to decide whether or not you want Facebook Messenger to send SMS messages to you when receiving an instant message on Facebook. You may receive an SMS notification from this feature asking for permission.

To add people who are not already friends with you on Facebook, click Add Friends and select their names from your list of contacts or type in their contact information manually.
