Ring - Always Home

Ring, your home security system, lets you monitor your doorstep from anywhere in the world using your phone, tablet, and computer. Motion sensors inform you when someone comes and goes from your home, and cameras let you see what's happening at all times, day or night.

Updates

The last update of the Ring- Always Home app was on October 25, 2022, in which they fixed multiple bugs and made a lot of improvements. They also added new features to the camera. They improved their design by making it more user-friendly and intuitive.

All in all, this is an excellent app that will help you stay connected with your family from anywhere in the world!

Features

If someone rings your doorbell or triggers your security camera, you'll get an instant notification.

Live HD video lets you keep an eye on what's important, while Two-Way Talk lets you communicate with guests.

Ring videos can be viewed, saved, and shared with a paid subscription to the Ring Protect Plan (or a free trial).

Easy lighting management is at your fingertips with Ring Smart Lights. Some models may even alert you when there is motion in the area and activate other compatible Ring devices.

You can keep an eye on entryways and interior areas and identify potential threats.

Professional monitoring is available for the Ring Alarm, and it can be used in conjunction with a Ring  Protect Plan subscription to have emergency services dispatched if the Ring Alarm is ever activated.

PROS

You can look at your property, Home, or business when you are away.

It is an affordable service with a monthly fee of only $3.00. Plus, you can purchase video recording equipment that will send video footage back to your phone when motion is detected on the property.

The camera has an HD 1080p video camera that allows you to zoom in and pan around your property.

You get immediate notification when someone triggers the camera or rings the doorbell.

CONS

Motion detection is a big issue.

There are some false alarms, and many people have reported that their cameras were disconnected during power outages.

You can only see your Home from the app when it's connected to the internet.

How to use it?

Ring - Always Home can be installed in minutes, and with the application, homeowners will be able to view live video feeds of anything going on at their houses.

The homeowner's Ring is triggered by motion or loud sounds, such as glass breaking or a smoke alarm being activated. It also sends an alert directly to your phone when motion is detected, so you are always aware of something happening while you are not home.

More

The Ring - Always Home app lets you keep an eye on your house from your mobile device. With this software, you can keep tabs on your house even when you're not there.

Ring is easy to install and set up and can be viewed from anywhere with internet access. Plus, there is a free version.

Ring also has an optional 24/7 professional monitoring option for $9.99 per month, so the police are notified if someone breaks in while you're away.
