➔ The user must have a phone number to use LINE. This means you can only communicate with people who have a LINE account and share your phone number with them.

➔ It cannot be used in all countries. There is also a large number of users who can't speak English and so might struggle to use it fully.

➔ LINE may not be a good choice for small businesses.

➔ LINE doesn't have a call recording feature.

How To Use It?

1. Get the app from the Google Play store.

2. Click on the yellow button to the right of your LINE profile picture to open up a list of all the people in your contacts list.

3. Click on the person you want to call, and an alert box will appear with an option for Call or Message 4. Click on Call and then type in your message if you want to text them

5. When they have read it, they can reply by pressing Reply

6. To end the call, press Disconnect.

7. You can also scroll down at any time to see which friends are online

8. You can also search their name using the Search function at the top-right corner

9. After typing their name into the search bar, click on their name when it appears.
