● You can only see the destination and time left on the app when you request a ride. You need to request a destination in order to see this information for previous rides as well.

● Lyft needs to provide feedback about the condition of their cars or drivers before a ride is requested.

How to use it?

The Lyft mobile app is available for download on the App and Google Store. Once installed, you can log in using your phone number or email address to use Lyft.

Riders can request a ride by tapping the app's location icon (the arrow at the bottom of your screen). The app will then display all nearby drivers, as well as their license plate numbers and vehicle make and model.

In situations where you need a cheap, quick journey and there is a driver in the area, Lyft is a fantastic option. However, Uber offers a more attractive fleet of cars to choose from if that's what you're after.  

The app is also far less likely to be jammed with requests for rides as well. So, while Lyft can be great for short journeys or just when you want something cheaper and less hassle, there are better options out there.
